Carpaccio van langoustine met limoen en frisse, krokante salade is smaakvol en goed op temperatuur. Zelf gedraaide vanille gelato met amarenakers heeft een vaste, aangenaam gladde textuur met daarbij half geklopte room die niet te zoet is. Een geslaagd nagerecht dat voor een fijn slotakkoord zorgt.
