Verse ‘po pia sod’ rolletjes gevuld met scampi, rundergehakt en aromatische kruiden komen met een pittige saus, terwijl de gebakken tapijtschelpjes ‘hoy lai phad nam prik pao‘ rijkelijk zijn afgewerkt met Thaise basilicum en oestersaus. Een echte culinaire reis, met de glimlach geserveerd.
