En op basis van kwaliteitsproducten. Gnocchi met guanciale laten we volgen door sappige parelhoen met lardo di Colonnata en hoisin. Volle smaken zijn standaard, net zoals er prima suggestiewijnen in het glas komen. De opgewekte sfeer is eveneens een constante factor.
