B23 staat voor het adres Brouwersvliet nr. 23, gelegen aan de grens met de Antwerpse oude havenwijk ‘t Eilandje. Vanuit een open keuken komen op weekdagen zowel à la carte gerechten als menu’s in vier tot zes gangen. Op zaterdag en feestdagen wordt enkel een menu geserveerd. De gerechten getuigen van creatieve combinaties. Zoals buikspek met aubergine, zuurkool, pinda en hazelnoot of gamba met pastinaak, gerookte paprika en cashewnoten.
