Chef Thibaut van Outryve herwerkt klassiekers op een subtiele manier: huisgemaakte paté in deegkorst met kalfszwezerik en doodstrompetten afgewerkt met zwarte knoflookroom en in bruin bier gestoofde varkenswangen met seizoensgroenten en mosterdpickles. Een gezellige cocon waar de bediening even goed is als de prijs-plezierverhouding en elke hap smakelijke jeugdherinneringen oproept.
