De Kaai
Aan de oevers van de Suikerkaai krijgt de Noordzee een tweede adem. Vis wordt van kop tot graat bereid met vakmanschap en respect voor het product. Huisgemaakte garnaalkroketten komen met een fijne korst, royale vulling en gefrituurde peterselie. Daarna volgt zeetong met frisse salade en verse frieten. Als afsluiter een romige café glacé met Grand Marnier en vers geklopte room.
