Vitello tonnato met zacht kalfsvlees en saus met intense tonijnsmaak is daarvan het treffende bewijs. Daarna beetgare smeuïge risotto met een royale hoeveelheid scampi. Aangename millefeuille met aardbeien en crème pâtissière als afsluiter.
