Restaurant In De Balans, gevestigd in een gelijknamige voormalige oude verfwinkel vlak bij het Antwerpse stadhuis, serveert creatieve seizoensgebonden menu’s met een mix van Italiaanse en Franse invloeden. Chef Gennaro Miccio en souschef Gianluca Gambone koken met hun roots in het achterhoofd in een open keuken en bieden verfijnde vijf- tot zesgangenmenu’s, waarbij smaak en presentatie centraal staan. Zelfgemaakte tagliolini wordt beetgaar geserveerd met botersaus, Parmezaanse kaas en aan tafel geschaafde zomertruffel. De sommelier zorgt voor aangename afgestemde wijnen.
