Carpaccio van wagyu wordt opgepept met grove pesto, gepofte datterini tomaatjes, geroosterde hazelnoot en ricotta salata. “Spicy Calabria” pizza maakt zijn naam waar dankzij garnituur van ‘nduja als lokale specialiteit, salami piccante met tomatensaus, fior di latte, rode ui en peperonata.
