Zowel in het eetgedeelte als op het terras is het attente onthaal van Bérénice Dejardin de voorbode van een bistronomische ervaring die heel juist aanvoelt. De keuken van Alexandre Saroléo trekt aan door zijn precisie en openheid: ravioli van rode biet en verse geitenkaas, zachte gnocchi met truffel en herfstgroenten of exotisch ijs van passievrucht met amandelcrumble. Een nieuw en schitterend adres waar de natuur blijkbaar inspirerend werkt en elk detail plezier en vakmanschap uitstraalt.
