Le Mystique
Restaurant Le Mystique bevindt zich in hotel Heritage dat op 100 meter ligt van de Grote Markt in Brugge. Chef Raoul De Koning brengt een moderne Franse keuken met Aziatische en mediterrane invloeden naast een volledige vegetarische menu. Na een reeks hapjes waaronder een uitstekend zandkoekje met crème van pecorino, perfect gegaarde erwtjes en extra fijn geraspte pecorino volgt een royale portie carpaccio van langoustine met zoutvlokken, zeste van limoen, bolletjes gepekelde komkommer, zeebanaan, stukjes norivel, crème van snijboon en Imperial Heritage kaviaar. Een fraai gepresenteerd gerecht vol toffe ondersteunende texturen en met fijne contrasten tussen zilt, zout, licht zoet en zuur.
