The Chick
In de schaduw van de Sint-Romboutskathedraal in Mechelen huist een intiem en eigenzinnig restaurant in een voormalige kapel. We starten met open ravioli, gevuld met langzaam gegaard varkensgebraad, pecorinocrème en pittige cacio e pepe. Daarbij zorgen venkel, girolles en bramen voor frisheid en balans. Daarna gebakken zeeduivel met een tartelette van roodbaarstartaar, Zeeuwse mosselen en vongole. Chikita-Banana-ijs vormt een originele afsluiter.
