Villa Ostinato
Villa Ostinato vinden we in een klassiek 19de-eeuws herenhuis dicht bij het Oostends stadspark. Het restaurant is smaakvol, minimalistisch ingericht en verrast achteraan met een charmant terras. Gastvrouw Marie Rotsaert en haar team zorgen voor een vriendelijke en vlotte bediening. De chef brengt een door mooie producten gedreven keuken. Brioche met handgepelde garnalen presenteert hij met verse kruidenkaas, avocado en tomaat als een evenwichtig ogend hartig taartje. Paling in ’t groen pleziert door zijn vaste structuur, frisse, zacht kruidige saus en met daarbij in boter en bieslook gepresenteerde ratte aardappel. Nieuw in onze selectie en meteen goed voor twee koksmutsen.
