Vizier van de broers Wim en Ben Bruininkx in hartje Edegem bestaat uit een traiteurswinkel vooraan en een restaurant achteraan waar je terecht kan voor ontbijt, lunch en diner. In het midden van de zaak is de open keuken. We proeven van tartaar van obsiblue garnaal gedresseerd op een genre van crispy wortelsalade en kroepoek afgewerkt met zeekruiden en shiso. Nieuw in de selectie en meteen goed voor een koksmuts.
