Restaurant Arbane in Gent biedt een intieme setting waar chef Benjamin De Buck verfijning koppelt aan warmte. Na ervaring in toonaangevende zaken zoals Oud Sluis en Vrijmoed koos hij samen met partner Laura voor een eigen koers. Als frisse start, carpaccio van langoustine met burrata en heldere bouillon van de koppen, afgewerkt met gekonfijte citrus en optioneel kaviaar. Vervolgens rode poon met courgette en venkel, geserveerd met kreeftenbisque en pommes duchesse. Nieuw in onze selectie en goed voor twee koksmutsen.
