Dit traditioneel Italiaans restaurant opende zijn deuren in 1982 en is nog steeds populair. De standvastige keuken en uitstekende basisproducten hebben daar veel mee te maken. Smakelijke vitello tonnato, perfecte al dente ravioli piacentini met shiitake en truffelsaus, rijkelijke ossobuco en fijne tagliata van ossenhaas. Alle bereidingen smaken puur en onversneden, zoals het hoort in Italië. Ze ontvingen van de Italiaanse overheid overigens een officieel label voor hun kookstijl.
