Atelier De Heerlyckheid
Na vijf maanden renovatie heropenden chef Carmen Vervynck en gastheer en echtgenoot Johan Verhaegen opnieuw hun restaurant. Het duo pikte de culinaire draad weer op nadat ze tijdelijk in een pop-up in Lille actief waren gebleven. Ook het seizoensmenu in vier of vijf gangen is terug van weggeweest. Met onder meer een rijk smakende wortel- en gembersoep met toetsen van sinaasappel en kokos, en fijn gegaarde zeebaars met kruidenpuree, zeekraal en beurre blanc.
