Na jaren te hebben gekookt voor een select publiek in de private Yacht Club van Oostende opent chef Stephen Foubert nu zijn eigen restaurant. Daar serveert hij onder meer gegrilde babykreeft met kleurrijke garnituren. Blikvanger is het Molteni-spit waarop tarbot traag gaart, zodat de pure smaak behouden blijft. In deze huiselijke sfeer zorgt gastvrouw Anneleen voor een attente bediening.
