In de Antwerpse Slachthuiswijk bouwde Bart Adriaenssens een voormalige varkensuitsnijderij met originele tegels uit 1923 om tot een charmant restaurant. Liefhebbers van klassieke Franse bistrogerechten zijn hier aan het juiste adres. Perfect gegaarde pulpo met chorizo en smaakvolle hummus. Daarna volgt pladijs, in zijn geheel gegaard met zilte groenten en puree met veel boter.
