De Cantharel maakt deel uit van een hotel in hartje Voerstreek en is een ideale uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen. Deze landelijk gelegen herberg is vooral gekend voor zijn diverse bereidingen van forel. We komen in de eerste plaats voor perfect gebakken forel geserveerd in een romige saus voorzien van basilicum, tomaat en ui, met daarbij gebakken krieltjes en in boter gebakken wortel, boontjes en courgette.
