Hostellerie Kemmelberg
Hoog op de flank van de Kemmelberg is de voormalige countryclub uit 1954 omgevormd tot een stijlvol vintage hotel met bar en restaurant. Chef Maikel Rogie brengt er Frans-Belgische klassiekers in een eigentijdse versie. Denk aan langoustines met butternutcrème, groene asperges, zoetzure venkel en een saus van vadouvan. Daarna volgt knap gegaarde Limousinrund Rossini met demi-glace, gegrilde groenten en een plakje verse foie gras. Nieuw in de selectie en meteen bekroond met twee koksmutsen.
