Voor een sober, zorgvuldig en smaakvol Japans keukenrepertoire zijn we bij chef Takeaki Kato in goede handen. Hij brengt een zeer klassiek aanbod aan sushi, sashimi, tataki en gyoza. Met daarnaast nog een aantal gerechten zoals unagi don, gegrilde paling met kabayaki saus die steeds zuiver en waarachtig smaken. Als starter is misosoep zeker aanbevolen en om af te sluiten kunnen we moeilijk weerstaan aan het verleidelijke matcha roomijs.
