Op het menu staan royaal gevulde garnaalkroketten of vitello tonnato met een zuivere tonijnsaus en een subtiele toets van gele curry, afgewerkt met pickles van rode ui en kappertjes. Of gebakken kabeljauwhaasje met aardappelpuree, beurre blanc en handgepelde grijze garnalen.
