Op het Marktplein in Sint-Lievens-Houtem valt ’s avonds de lichtgevende naam van dit pand al van ver op. Chef Dirk De Paepe en gastvrouw Dominique Termolle zorgen voor een hartelijke verwelkoming. Een mooie portie griet is prima gebakken, fijn gekruid en komt met bijpassende winterse groentjes zoals doormidden gesneden spruitjes en schorseneer. Het gerecht is afgewerkt met botersausje en Luikse worst die dynamiek geeft aan deze surf & turf combinatie.
