In een voormalige stokerij brengt Silo een keuken die de Belgische traditie eert en tegelijk modern en verfijnd aanvoelt. Het interieur ademt industriële kracht, gecombineerd met vintage en moderne accenten. We starten met huisbereide garnaalkroketten, gevolgd door vol-au-vent met kalfszwezerik, shiitake, mousseline en grijze garnalen. Ook liefhebbers van gerijpt vlees vinden hier hun gading. In het weekend zorgen avonden met livemuziek en dj’s voor extra sfeer.
