De sfeer zit goed in dit eeuwenoud pand in het toeristische centrum, supergezellig. Geen baanbrekende creaties maar goed gebrachte bistroklassiekers worden er geserveerd. En daar is niks mis mee. We kiezen voor toast champignon en daarna côte à l’os voor twee. Daarbij komen smakelijke frieten, een knapperige salade en lobbige bearnaise waarvan geen drupje meer op ons bord overblijft. Tot slot nog dame blanche en vanille-ijs met advocaat en slagroom om de spreekwoordelijke laatste gaatjes te vullen.
