Tastu doet zijn naam eer aan met verfijnde gerechtjes om te delen. Chef Ilona Van Gaeveren laat in haar open keuken zien hoe ze mooie producten naar eigen hand zet. De amuses starten met een tartelette van beetgare krab en gel van yuzu, afgewerkt met gelei van garnalenkop voor extra spanning. Ook tarbot overtuigt met winterse schorseneer en een toets mimolettekaas, begeleid door een verfijnde jus van langoustine.
