Trattoria della mamma
De voormalige eigenaars van de destijds succesvolle zaak De Lieve in Gent hebben hun schouders gezet onder een relatief recente overname van deze trattoria ondergebracht in een knus pand. Sinds een tweetal jaar staan ze garant voor een klassieke degelijke Italiaanse keuken. Mosselen met ‘nduja komen in een zeer smakelijke saus die met focaccia helemaal wordt uitgelepeld. Degelijke pastagerechten zorgen voor een goed gevoel. Tot slot zeer luchtige tiramisu met fijne koffiesmaak. Nieuw in de selectie en goed voor een koksmuts.
