Vlak bij de zeedijk zorgt chef Jessica Vansever in haar open keuken voor gerechten waarin producten uit de nabije Noordzee een prominente plaats krijgen. Zoals rog in ’t zuur bereid met rode biet, groene appel en radijsjes of langoustine met fideuà, chorizo en morieljes. Echtgenoot Lorenzo Catteeuw zorgt voor een vlotte bediening. Yelo biedt enkel menu’s aan in drie tot vijf gangen en een lunchmenu in twee tot vier gangen.
